Learning outcomes |
Studies show that a large proportion of IT projects fail. Particularly in the implementation of IT projects, some of which are dedicated to solving new and innovative problems, difficulties often arise in project implementation and realisation due to inadequate definition of project goals, faulty planning of the overall project or a lack of flexibility with regard to unforeseeable project events.
