Course content |
Models of health and stress development, role of human images in the development of health, risk and protective factors of physical and mental health in the professional context, behavioural and relationship-oriented prevention and intervention methods at individual and team level, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), acceptance and commitment strategies, resilient interaction and leadership strategies. |
Learning outcomes |
The students are familiar with scientific, salutogenetic stress concepts and can implement and practise these in their own competence in the training modules. In addition, the students know about possible risk and protective factors that can influence their own health and that of their employees. In particular, the students know about the different stressors, their individual perception and evaluation. Based on this, the students are able to apply both behavioural and relationship-oriented prevention and intervention measures themselves and to implement them with others. |

Face-to-face teaching and independent knowledge acquisition in training modules in theory and practice, as well as through space for practising and exercising, for discussion, interaction and reflection. |
