Course content

The method of ZEN und ways to coach oneself using ZEN-elements. Writing a process diary. Reflection of the individual process within the plenum and individual dialogue.

Learning outcomes

Students gain knowledge about the zen-process and are able to meditate on their own. By using elements of zen, they are able to coach their own feelings and thoughts.

Kick-off stimulus units, practice and applications, reflexions within the plenum and individual dialogue.

Assessment methods and criteria

Presentations to the plenum and individual interviews. Knowledge about the ZEN process and self reflection.
