Course content

The seminar starts with a team building unit for getting to know each other and is intended to promote cooperation between the students. This creates better cohesion in the semester and opportunities for study and work groups develop. In addition, mutual partner and help opportunities are disclosed and made possible.

The remainder of the course is devoted to the topic of leading software development teams.

Learning outcomes

The main purpose of this course is to develop the following social and communicative skills:
