The method of ZEN und ways to coach oneself using ZEN-elements. Writing a process diary. Reflection of the individual process within the plenum and individual dialogue. |
| Learning outcomes |
Students gain knowledge about the zen-process and are able to meditate on their own. By using elements of zen, they are able to coach their own feelings and thoughts. |
