Learning outcomes

Students acquire knowledge on the topic of workplace health promotion, behavioral & situational prevention and the importance of health management for companies. They recognise health risks and know how stressful situations can be managed. Based on this, the students are able to initiate prevention and intervention measures and to support their implementation.

Assessment methods and criteria

Continuous monitoring of the students' active participation, visible personal contributions of the students to the achievement of the course objectives, outline of the relevant findings and results for the student's own sphere.

Some exercises take place outdoors depending on weather conditions.
