Course content |
In the internship a project-related assignment of the students is planned. Students gain in-depth insight into the relevant field of activity and work on a complex problem as a project. In the project, which must also be documented in an appropriate form, the students learn to integrate into a work team and to work with other departments. |
Learning outcomes |
By completing the internship, the students show that they can successfully apply the specialist knowledge they have learned during their studies in a specific task of professional practice. With the technical report at the end, the students demonstrate the ability to independently work on and solve a training and practice-relevant project within a specified time. The students prevailed in an application process. |
Planned learning activities and teaching methods |
Project-related use in a company or organization. The internship can also be done in a research facility. The students have to apply independently for the relevant internship. |
Assessment methods and criteria |
The work steps carried out must be documented and the current and planned activities must be described and justified. This is done through two interim reports as well as a summarizing technical report to the supervisors at the internship position and at the university of applied sciences. |
