Presence is required in the course. There are no specific requirements in terms of content or competence.

Course content

The course is based on self-experience. Through biographical exercises, self-reflection, and group practices, students gain a more authentic understanding of themselves. This promotes conscious attitudes and enhances responsible actions. The dimensions of the possibility of change (both in oneself and the environment) are critically discussed. Special consideration is given to the significant role of language as a fundamental tool for interaction and communication.

  • be encouraged to expand their "sphere of responsibility".
