Time slot: Thursday, 30.04.2026, from 6 p.m. and intensive training week 18.05.-20.05.2026

Preparation by means of Blended Learning (4 learning units). For the intensive training week permanent attendance at the course must be ensured.

Some exercises take place outdoors depending on weather conditions.

Learning outcomes

Students acquire knowledge on the topic of workplace health promotion, behavioral & situational prevention and the importance of health management for companies. They recognise health risks and know how stressful situations can be managed. Based on this, the students are able to initiate prevention and intervention measures and support their implementation.

  • Classroom instruction with independent training modules for observation and practice at home
  • Workshop character with interaction
  • Independent development and elaboration of strategy and solution approaches
  • Reflection and knowledge implementation
Assessment methods and criteria

Continuous monitoring of the students' active participation, visible personal contributions of the students to the achievement of the course objectives, outline of the relevant findings and results for the student's own sphere.
