Knowledge

  • Students can list the most important aspects and driving forces of digital transformation and name an example.

  • Students are able to name at least 10 economic aspects of digital transformation.

  • Students know the concept of Enterprise 2.0 and can define and describe it.

  • Students know the dimensions strategy, structure, processes, and culture in the Enterprise 2.0 concept and are able to describe them using examples.

  • Students know the maturity levels of digital transformation and can describe them.

  • Students know important models for strategy and business model development in companies.

Comprehension

  • Students are able to describe the economic impact of digital technology on the basis of examples.

  • Students are able to describe relevant connections between digital transformation and organisational dimensions (strategy, structure, processes, culture).

  • Students can describe and discuss success factors of "digital business" using concrete examples.

  • Students are able to explain and discuss the interaction of "analogue and digital" based on  specific examples from companies.
