  • Introduction to ethics
  • Concepts of ethics in economy and enterprises
  • Acting with economic awareness and responsibility in the context of society and the environment
Learning outcomes

Students

  • Recognise their individual responsibility and personal contribution to sustainable societal development 
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the fundamental principles of ethics and moral action
  • Possess knowledge of ethical models and theoretical concepts relevant to business and society
  • Are capable of conveying the course content in an application-oriented manner
  • Cultivate a critical perspective on existing norms and practices within organisations

Lectures, self-study, video coaching, individual exercises, group exercises

Assessment methods and criteria

The course is considered successfully completed when all tasks are fully accomplished:

  • Completion of learning exercises (40%) 
  • Development and presentation of a teaching project (60%) 
Comment

The course aims to actively work through the content together. Certain parts are presented by the instructors, while the majority of the material is developed independently by the students.
