  • General patterns of values, beliefs and behaviour
  • Development of conflicts and conflict resolution
  • Cultural models (Hofstede, Trompenaars, Hall)
  • Prejudices / stereotypes / generalizations
Learning outcomes

At the end of this module, participants will have sound theoretical and culture-specific basic knowledge in the field of diversity and intercultural communication. They will be able to analyse their own cultural identity, reflect critically on it and thus behave professionally in various intercultural situations.

  • Teaching and learning laboratory with different phases (input, activation, reflection)
  • Business games, exercises, simulations, role plays, etc.
  • Excursions with appropriate preparation and postprocessing
