ABCD openings and effective endings as well as rapport and impact techniques. |
Learning outcomes |
The students have the skills that are necessary to give presentations in English and also German. The students give presentations with effective openings and closings. The students use rhetorical techniques to create a connection with the audience and increase the effectiveness of the presentation. |
Planned learning activities and teaching methods |
Various exercises and tasks as well as 2-3 mini presentations. Analyses and discussions of TED presentations. |
